  Visit our online returns portal to download a pre-paid shipping label or request a QR code for paperless drop-off at your nearest collection point.

  Send Your Return

  Drop off your parcel at any authorized post office or courier drop-off location, making sure to keep your proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
